NOTES: 1) I'm currently having problems getting gnumach to compile. 2) Not all options (really, only a few) are asked during the configuration of gnumach. 3) mig does not compile (do not recall the error, it's been a while) 4) Newer versions (2.0?) of HURD/MACH are out, as well as using L4/Oskit
